I'm Possible

Was thinking about when I worked at Pallotta Teamworks and the phrase "impossible" was traded to "I'm Possible". Then I read a quote in Run Like a Mother that made me smile "Hard things take time to do. Impossible things take a little longer". Now go kick ars and TRAIN/RUN/PLAY HARD!

YOU have the power, strength and courage to make your life the best yet. Often we second guess all that we can do and try to help everyone else accomplish their own health and fitness goals, while putting ours to the side. NOW is the time to make your goals happen! Nobody says at days end "I wish I fit my workout in today", it is always "I am bummed I didn't have time to squeeze in my run since I was rushing around trying to juggle it all". You can do it and make your health the best POSSIBLE! Without even realizing it, you possess incredible determination and dedication to be your most active self yet...you just need a little nudge and support.

Through reading and working with Erin Kreitz Shirey and her business, Power Fitness PDX, your goals will not only be reached, but surpassed. What you thought was physically impossible for you to achieve will seem like a walk in the park 6 months from now. You will not only feel and look better externally, but internally too. We are all in this together to help support each other, motivate, and make this one body we've been given the strongest and healthiest possible.
